Job Description:
This position will perform Business Analysis, Requirements Definition, Documentation, Training Materials and Testing for the Oracle Financials, Cardinal, TPLRS, APEX and Oracle applications. This position also involves working with the Business Teams, IM development team, project managers, other members of the project team, and stakeholders.

This position requires analytical skills, problem solving skills, ability to learn and understand a variety of business processes, strong writing skills, ability to communicate and collaborate with technical staff and business users.

Job Responsibilities of Work Time:
- 15% - Meet with business users to understand and document project requirements
- 15% - Analyze impacts of proposed changes to existing record layouts and processes
- 50% - Develop test cases Participate in SIT testing
- 10%- Create documentation
- 5% - Monitor and track UAT testing
- 5% - Assist with work request tracking and project status reporting
