Job Description:
The Client seeks a senior professional to jump-start and organize critical initiatives—most urgently a streamlined participant onboarding process for the client and a data-sharing partnership with the State Health Plan (SHP).
This individual will design and launch high-priority workstreams, coordinating consultants, project managers and subject-matter experts. Once the processes are defined and moving, the Lead will transition day-to-day management to permanent staff while remaining available for strategic guidance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding Process Design – Create and launch a unified onboarding model that reduces connection time, establishes clear metrics, and integrates supporting technologies.
- State Health Plan Strategy – Initiate a joint the client data strategy and governance framework, expand provider connections, and set up early use cases (care management, population health, quality measurement).
- Enterprise Policy Support – Provide high-level policy analysis and strategic planning on other emerging priorities, ensuring smooth hand-off to permanent teams once direction is set.
- Coordinate cross-functional staff and external vendors, keeping stakeholders engaged and progress visible.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in health informatics, public health, policy, information systems, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-stakeholder health IT or policy projects from concept to launch.
- Knowledge of health information exchange, EHR integration, healthcare data standards, and privacy/security requirements.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and consensus-building skills.
