Overview:
The Client is seeking an experienced IT professional to support our Windows 11 upgrade initiative. This role will focus on migrating end-users from Windows 10 to Windows 11, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to daily operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform Windows 11 upgrades across company devices
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software compatibility issues
  • Provide end-user support during and after migration
  • Document processes, issues, and resolutions for IT team reference
  • Ensure systems meet security and compliance requirements

Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with Windows 10/11 upgrades and deployments
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Group Policy, and imaging tools
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
